2. Purity & BIS Hallmarking

All gold ornaments sold at Bhagyashree Jewellers strictly adhere to Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) hallmarking guidelines. Diamond products come with certified authenticity documentation upon request.

3. Pricing & Market Rates

Due to fluctuations in the bullion market, gold and silver prices are subject to change daily. Prices communicated via WhatsApp or in-store quotes are valid only for the timeframe explicitly specified at the time of quotation.

4. Custom Orders & Making Charges

Custom or bespoke jewelry designs require an advance deposit before manufacturing begins. Making charges and wastage calculations will be clearly outlined prior to order confirmation.

5. Returns & Exchange Policy

Exchanges and buyback policies are evaluated according to current market rates and physical inspection of the item at our showroom in Bibwewadi, Pune. Original purchase bills are mandatory for all returns or exchanges.
